Every time I've been dehydrated when I get sick even though I drink plenty

I was just told this past week I more than likely have one or the other of these two by doctors I've been diagnosed with I lost count of diagnosis in the last 4 going on 5 years I get sick then IV and antibiotics I get better then I'll be fine for a little while then I get sick again over and over

I was diagnosed with UC in 2008 after a really bad delayed diagnosed C-Diff infection after taking antibiotics. In 2019, I was diagnosed with Crohn’s. I have been told that it’s actually both but they’re just calling it Crohn’s now. No genetic history of Crohn’s. I have had a ton of stress in my life and feel I’ve been predisposed to this from antidepressants and anxiety medicines since 1998. They treat us so generally with such dangerous medication. It’s like we’re just going to be drugged and have side effects and just keep getting worse until we die early due to the disease. It’s so absolutely discouraging.

Any idea why a person may be having dry heaves on a daily basis?

I was diagnosed with dyspepsia which is an overproduction of stomach acid. I believe that if you explore this issue further, you will find that there could be long term negative effects from the damage stomach acid can cause. I believe that is the cause of my inflammation. Thank you for the knowledge just to help us :)

Bloody Crohn's 🙄 Totally collectomy and illiostomy in 1993 sorted mine out, plenty of ongoing issues though. Thanks for the insight, regards 👍🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

I was suffering from UC for years. Was finally diagnosed last year, doctors gave me expensive steroids and antibiotics it was the same if not worse. I quit eating sugar and drinking alcohol, started exercising everyday while drinking lots of water and I haven’t felt this good in a long time. Hope this helps someone.

Hey Nurse RN. Thank you for all your advice. I’ve had Crohn’s about 5 years and I’ve also had 6inches of my intestines removed. Your advice has helped me avoid my worse nightmare of having a Stoma bag. Thank you from the bottom of my heart lady!!

Thank you! Was diagnosed years ago;however, didn't clearly understand the difference between the two. Now I know the difference in an issue I've struggled with for several years. I've been in remission as well due to changing my diet. I am an avid "salad lover" and can now eat them in moderation. Great video!🤓

Thank you for explaining the Crohns or Ulsercolllitis? My son,Adam, 29 got diagnosed with Crohns recently. He is going to go to a GI Dr. soon and I hope He can get Help. He has had it for awhile. After eating he would have to go to the bathroom right away. He may have to be on a Special diet. He will see FRiday.
