OpenAI - Build an AI Solution on Azure Using Cognitive Search

I want to develop something like this, is it for non-technical users? Or even though I need to learn, are there any sources to learn about this. I am tired of my employee asking repetitive questions. I need chat bot that can answer based on company guidelines documents.

Thanks for taking the time to highlight the critical part a knowledge base serves as a sink point for the enriched data. Contrary to all the simple RAG and streamlit demos everyone is doing. This is impressive and beyond what everyone else is doing.

What are the network settings for Cognitive Search? Open to public?

Would it be possible to run this whole process with a different openai model but with the same engine?
