I am paitently waiting for Eula to make her rerun. Been waiting since I missed out on her first rerun back in November of 2021. I am trying to prepare for her, so even if she is C0, she will be at Level 90 and as high talent levels as possiable. I was hoping for her to appear in 3.1, but I expect her to show up in 3.2 or 3.3, or before the year is out, as she hasent been rerun in nearly a year.

I had my mind set on Cyno and now I want Eula what should I do?
