ОтветитьThank you so much. Caught a glance of myself in a window reflection and was shocked how Much my head went forward and shoulders rounded.
I am only 69.5 years old and pride myself, I walk everyday. Well when I saw myself in that reflection, have started stretches and these exercises for my forward head and rounded shoulders and yes after just a week noticing a difference. Thank you!
I caught sight of myself on my new Ring doorbell. I was shocked to see how forward my head was and how rounded my back has become! After a lifetime as a secretary and driver, I guess it took a toll on me. I have suffered for years with increasing neck, shoulder, and back pain!
I shall adopt a new habit of performing these exercises regularly through the day!

Ответитьman. That w exercise was instant relief. I dont even know how to put it, the second I put my shoulders in that position it was like I became weightless. Dont get me wrong, coming out if it afterwards did prove a little achy but not too bad, its clear that its only aching because my shoulders shouldnt be how they are lol. Thank you for this video man. Truly.

I'm 23 a tall person and I have long neck, I don't and I didn't had any pain doing those exercises but I want to avoid this weird neck posture. I might go to a gym too, is it good to train those muscles around neck/shoulder?

ОтветитьMuscle tensions and pain has helped ruin my life. Sitting, standing, trying to sleep, it’s always painful. The discomfort alone of feeling like you are fighting gravity is terrible
