ОтветитьIf I was to try that I would show you a massive pile of scrap wood lol .that show of expertise was brilliant. Don’t you just hate a show off .😊😅🎉
ОтветитьCan you provide information on your skew; size, grind, shape of end, handle length and brand? I am new to wood turning and this is the best skew work I have seen. Motivates me to try it but want the correct skew to work with. Thanks!
ОтветитьAmazing skill, well done Steve. You make handling and the dexterity required to tame the skew look like child’s play, I tip my hat, Sir.
ОтветитьKeren bro alatnya
ОтветитьInteresting. I'd not have thought these cuts could be done with just a skew. Very nice demonstration. I saw another video recently that showed me where I was screwing up to keep making catches. Now I should be able to put that understanding with this knowledge and get back to using my skew properly. Thank you very much for a target to reach for.
ОтветитьIt looks like you may have done this before? Just amazing thanks for sharing.
Ответитьgreat demo Steve - what's the music ?
ОтветитьGreetings! I am a 68 yrold "New Turner." I love your Skew video, but have a "New Guy" question. I got a skew in my $50 starter kit and again in another kit that I found in a garage sale. Those and others that I have seen have "flat V" grinds, yet in this video, I see that your skew has (for lack of a better description) has a concave grind to it. Your skew cuts like a hot knife thru butter, while mine are... not like yours. Could you do a video on how you get your skew so sharp?
ОтветитьWow.
ОтветитьI want to use my skew more. How do I sharpen it to work better?
ОтветитьI love using the skew and over the years have demonstrated using it. You gave a wonderful demonstration of your skills. Great video.
Ответитьสุดยอดครับ😮😍🥰❤👍👏👏👏👏
ОтветитьNice work!
ОтветитьCould you do a video on how you sharpen your skew?
ОтветитьThis is absolutely fantastic!
ОтветитьHow your chisel stay so sharp for so long?

ОтветитьSuperb skill and artistry! Thoroughly enjoyed and inspired, watching. Thank you, sir!
ОтветитьAs an amateur Turner, impressive skill. I hate the skew, just can not use it.

ОтветитьI've seen some wood turning in my time but this has got to be the most amazing and so close to the limit that I've watched. That scew chisel is incredibly sharp hence the fine work.
