day 1 - done! it's so hard, I could barely reach the week 1 beat and the last exercise was impossible for me.
day 2 - done! I could reach week 1 beats in all exercises now, even the last one!

Well I will start these exercises to get a smaller waist
Day 1: Damn, how tiring this is, I feel like I'm dying, but it's done💀
day 2: Pain throughout my body, but the pain went away after I finished the exercises and it was done
Day 3: Is the exercise really over? Wow it was really easy and without muscle pain it was done
