I need to complete 100m in 14 seconds however I am very slow
Completing it in around 16 sec

ОтветитьI'm in my mid 50s, and I would like to get into sprinting for weight loss and to improve my cardio and endurance. In the last five years I've had surgeries on both knees to clean up MCL microtears, and surgery to remove a heel spur from my right foot. Can I try this workout? BTW, what kind of running shoes would you recommend? Thanks for posting this video BTW.

Also, I have a question about two things (not necessarily related to the video):
1) My groin muscles tighten up when I start to fatigue during sprinting, making my knees flare outward.
2) My lower back also tightens up, causing me to lean far back.
Do you have any advice on these?
