tysm for this. small rant: i tend to have a very pessimistic mental state, and i really hate it. full disclosure, i used to be part of the ug subliminal community. there's nothing wrong with being in that community, and to this day i don't shame people who listen to it, but i think listening to subliminals that attracted mental health issues like depression, anxiety, ocd, etc, really messed me up. i was just recently making a mental health playing by all of my favorite creators and i came across this one. i have never seen your channel before, but the contents of this subliminal are golden. a few years ago, i wouldn't have wanted this. within a few minutes of playing this subliminal, though, i felt more optimistic and at peace. i want to be able to live my life without constantly being a pessimist and thinking about the worst case scenario, so, thank you for this. i'm confident it will work very well for me in the long run.
