Chris Iddon specialises in Overlay and temporary infrastructure operations, strategy, direction, management & delivery. As a trained Management Services Practitioner it is second nature to apply organisation and methods, change management, re-structuring and process re-engineering techniques to my work. Having previously acted as coordinator for the production of the International Olympic Committee Olympic Games Guide on Venues Infrastructure and Services, he has recently written a section of the Association of Global Event Suppliers (AGES), Best Practice Guide and have further been contracted to produce the client guide to members products and services.
