ОтветитьThe TN is running late by 1 to 1 n half hours per day due to slowing down, may be in view of the safety involved with it. It was really the fastest train in ICF days but where and how it is detained, I don't know, may be the new generation Humsafar or premium AC like trains, the Railways are more bothering about. Not only TN, but a cluster of flagship trains are meeting with the same fate. Perhaps at this point the Railways are more concerned with Vande Bharats that are in force and upcoming Vande Metros or Vande Sleepers. We are going to miss a handful of wonderful trains associated with a glorious history at the past.

Ответитьभाई ये ट्रेन हमेशा before tym ही चलती है यहां पर एक्स्ट्रा ट्रैक बिछाया जा रहा है इस लिए 1 से 2 महीने कुछ ट्रेन late हुई थी
ОтветитьI have emotional touch with this train since 2019. started my job in Chennai. I come three to four times in a year by this train but I feel very good while going to Delhi ( my hometown) and little sad while coming to Chennai.
But Chennai is my karma bhoomi 🙏🙏

ОтветитьLong distance rail passengers suffer more than short distance rail passengers. To shorten their agony as much as possible the then Govt introduced two long distance trains called superfast trains around 1975. Tamil Nadu exp from New Delhi to Madras (>2000km) and KK exp (Kerala Karnataka). Halts were long apart. New Delhi boarding passenger will go to sleep knowing next halt will be Jhansi. Sleeper lights will go off after 9 pm. Nowadays, these trains are not that superfast. Passengers upto Agra board into sleepers, and forcibly sit at the feet of lower berths. Passengers cannot sleep, fearing unauthorized bargers will alight at Agra with some of their luggage. A rail minister forced a halt at Gwalior. The passengers were robbed for sleeper charges but never woke up alert for next days work because he was kept tense and underslept for the night by new short distance irritations introduced by Govt. On board the trains, irritated passenger voters are more than the en-route boarding passenger voters. In old days, I used to sleep shortly after New Delhi and next wake up at Bhopal after 700 km, reasonably fresh. Now, no one cares for a sleeper. Chai cries go on till late at night, and Agra deboarders keep their loud chirps with lights full on till midnight.
ОтветитьBhai .. very nice VLOG. I have however to point out that TN express was never run at 120-130 kmph when it was started. At that time India had only 1 class of locomotive that could do 130 kmph and that was the WDM4 and that locomotive never hauled the TN express . TN was always hauled by a WDM2 at its inception and without re-gearing WDM2s could never hit 120 kmph.

ОтветитьPlease stop recklessly standing by the open door on a speeding train - even if you think its impressive to show the view of scenery streaming by. This will "inspire" tens of others to mimic you and I am afraid some of them will meet with an accident. Travelogue is fin - but please do not set such reckless examples for impressionable minds to follow.

Ответитьबुधनी घाट कौनसी पर्वत शृंखला मे आता है ...ये भी बता देते...शायद विंध्य पर्वत श्रेणी मे आता है और इटारसी के बाद का घाट सतपुडा श्रेणी मे.
