Why can't I log in every time I try to log in it says my password is incorrect or username is incorrect

Hi, I may have made a mistake in my registration, I did not complete the registration months ago, now I used the forget password and username, logged in, subscribed, did 32hours worth of cpd courses, However my certificate does not have my licence number, instead it says invalid certificate no payment. Has anyone had such issues, what so I so.
