I THOUGHT IF ANYONE WOULD UNDERSTAND WHY I STAYED IN THE RELATIONSHIP that was not going to work from the start, it would be you. ALL OF YOU (All the women in my life at the time) didn’t have children and had ALL THE LUXURY of only looking out for self. But when a child enters the equation it’s a different story, and then 2, 3, & 4 popped out. Now the circumstances surrounding the situation was probably skeptical, but being in the US NAVY, TOURS, and dealing with all the other madness didn’t give me the time to meditate or Analyse the entire situation the way it needed to. So now that you have children of your OWN NOW you can understand the sacrifices that had to be made. SOMETIMES I THINK YOU ARE being hypocritical when a MAN makes the same necessary decisions a woman makes because it RARELY HAPPENS on the males part. So I’ve apologized a million times for my part in your trauma, but looking at how things turned out AFTER ME my indiscretions was similar to a splinter in your finger. And even though I stayed in with innocent intentions it still blew up in my face and I was missing from the HIGH SCHOOL YEARS. SO it was 1000X harder for me because the first half of the years with my children were priceless, but the second half was disastrous from a mental and emotional standpoint. And also ADD THE FACT that we were BOTH service members in the UNITED STATES NAVY which meant ONE would be on shore duty while the other fulfilled the obligation AT SEA. Now the ONE FACT that nobody didn’t know, I EXTENDED my SEA DUTY an EXTRA 2 years so she could GIVE BIRTH & bond with the child. SO SACRIFICES WERE DEFINITELY MADE, and to be honest I DIDN’T WANT TO because of the prior three years of being COMPLETELY ON THE WATER. IMAGINE that 3 years on the OCEAN & SEA!!!! ON EVERYTHING I LOVE 💕
