Definitely one of your best if not the best! My favorite sandwich all time is the Burger King Original which is basically ground chicken with breading like this. So underrated. I make this at home much like this all the time.

I'd say as long as the meat is ground, you're fine calling it a burger. A whole chicken breast I would call a chicken sandwich.

This looks great, but let’s not try to fool ourselves that this is a hamburger. A hamburger doesn’t need added ingredients or sauces to make them delicious.
