On another note, you are clearly not an Afrocentric and people like you are welcome anytime
ОтветитьEgyptian are anti black they hide out queens NYC . They are anti black
ОтветитьYou can't fall for the okey dokey my friend, it's much much deeper than you realize, it's just a front to try and change the narrative, ARABS are not your friend trust me
ОтветитьThe people their are arabs not real Egyptians.
ОтветитьYou can't blame a group for the actions of an individual.
ОтветитьAfrican Americans have created a false narrative of hate in their minds and their communities. It causes them to look at everyone as the enemy and to blame the masses for their problems. Life should be lived with a free mind and a loving heart.
ОтветитьHear Hear
ОтветитьMedia instigated controversies are usually just that, agenda driven by those that serve neither party's best interest.
Ответитьhello :),that was a very informative video :),what is the name of the melody you playing in your background ?
ОтветитьTravel and learn grow and mature in your journey in life
ОтветитьHave an open mind to different places and people in this world learn grow and mature to what you have seem and hear
ОтветитьHow did the Egyptian people go from very dark to this tan color of people????
ОтветитьYou made great points!!!!
ОтветитьWhy did you bleep out when you said dysfunctional white culture, but not dysfunctional black culture? Be a man not a coward, say what you have to say about it all.
ОтветитьWe have been sold pleasure as happiness in the western world, where in fact pleasure and happiness are two different things. Happiness is internal, pleasure is external. you can't be addicted on too much happiness, but you can be addicted on too much pleasure of some sort. Perhaps if we can start differentiating the two, we could find internal happiness.
ОтветитьMy lifetime friend was an American from Miami of African heritage who lived through the height of racism in the US. He was more like a member of my family until he sadly passed away. One day he said to me, I receive better welcome in Egyptian households than anywhere in the US and I'm black and you are white! my reply was, we are all children of God, I will not be judged any different. Racism started in the west, not in Africa. So many cultures relate to Egypt from Africans, Greek, Arabic, Italian, Persian, to name a few.
People of Ghana really good people. Good video Thanks.
When u smile everything lights up. When u dont smile, you look too tough. Im talking to the guy in the vid
ОтветитьIt's not the skin color that's the problem it's the arrogant American attitude.
ОтветитьHave you met the coptic Cristians of egypt to see if they treat you any different?
Because it seems to me that you feel a certain way to united states Cristianity.
I make a challenge to you..visit The egyptian coptic Christians and then make an assesment if Crhistianity in the usa is the same as egypt?
I’m convinced that black ppl go to different parts of the world looking for racism and other cultures to steal from, like they want ppl to be racist to them for sum reason💀💀💀
ОтветитьEgyptians don't view themselves as Black because they are not Black. There are some subsaharans here and there all over North Africa, but Blacks come from South of the Sahara.
ОтветитьI am Egyptian and I wrote a song for Africa as well as Amr Diab who sang for Africa 🌍 we love Africa..
ОтветитьBy adopting Woke ideology you are perpetuating the very thing you say you are against. Wokeism is looking at society through the lens of race and class it's just another form of racism.
ОтветитьYes indeed, we all have scars and goodness and wherever you go in this world the people you meet will have them too. Some people carry them (discrimination) for life and others are able to learn from them and become a better person in understanding that we all can do better and should.
ОтветитьGreat video! I love your your honesty and open mindedness in your travels, God bless.
ОтветитьI found Cairo to be Overly friendly till I said no , I don't want to buy that...The turn around was eye opening... I will never forget the way Coptic Christians are treated in Egypt,,, Egypt being supposively a moderate islamic country.
Ответитьلا أعرف الانجليزية وأريد أن أقول ان الجمال يأتي من الداخل ولكن الكثير يجهل ذلك
ОтветитьHi Jay, why would you call yourself African American, aren’t you American?
ОтветитьGoing around with a chip on your shoulder, expecting evil from people us a self fulfilling prophecy. What you project you receive ….
Ответить100% categorizing people and lumping them into monolithic groups us a very simplistic and problematic way to view the world
Each person is different, and one shouldn’t pre-judge
It’s American plantation cult that is about segregation from the beginning, self segregation and forced segregation is two different things, take people as they come.
ОтветитьWell said. We live in a bubble in the United States. A very large and wealthy bubble that hasn't known real conflict in ages within our borders. It is little wonder that much of our population is ignorant of the struggles that counties far older than us have overcome and little wonder that they know not the lessons to be learned from them.
ОтветитьI think this was a case of dislike for an AMERICAN. African ancestry may not count so much to an ethnic African. Americans are not popular in many countries for a variety of reasons.
ОтветитьYes, but did you visit the Nubians in Egypt and find out their story. Most Egyptians are Arab Egyptians who speak and write Arabic and consider Egypt to be an Arab nation.
ОтветитьOh Tom ..I mean jay..dysfunctional black Americans??? Excuse me?? When is the last time black Americans enslave , rape, kill, murder, convert a whole race of people for over 1000yrs and COUNTING!! And you are proud to be in a mosque!!! You’re DYSFUNCTIONAL all on your buddy….😂😂😂silly
ОтветитьIt's 🚫 t about the people to me it's the system they have created which oppress exploit mis manhandle discriminate etc.. those are the things that divide us.. the individual is attached to they systems that does this thing and they defend it life and 🦵
Ответитьa small correction egypt didn't have "slaves" like other arabs , simply because Egyptians farmed their own corps and made their own buildings , we had warrior and if you rich rich you had a house slave both could be white or black , and if you are a warrior slave you can get into positions of power like the mumlaks ( white european slaves ) or the nubain guy who became a king on egypt after being captured (keep in mind Nubians didnt sell each other and after make a peace treaty with islamic forces no more nubains were captured but the few who wore captured during war )both ruled egypt , slavery is wrong but not all slaves are equal , also light skins dont exists in egypt simply because if you light skin you look like a big portion of other egyptians so the concept simply doesn't exists mainly because race on egypt is solely based on skin colour , not genetic background , hair texture or family history, only your own skin colour , there is no socioeconomic states related to race.
ОтветитьBlack Americans have been racist towards Egyptians since the advent of Afro-centrism. Basically African Americans claiming every culture is theirs and theirs alone, greek, Japanese, Native American, Mayan, Egyptian, Hebrew, Arab, Berber, all have been claimed by African Americans. They claim every culture except west African. Because we grew up with derogatory stigma’s about “africa”
ОтветитьThat is all that you can do except reality
ОтветитьIf Egypt has a masjid That tells me the Culture is mainly Arabin The true nubians Did not share the same religion As the middle eastern people
ОтветитьThese Middle Eastern Egyptains are not indigdnous to Egypt. The Egyptains that built the pyramids and great statues are not their ancestors. They want to claim them as their ancestors but they are not. They were all nubian back them
ОтветитьAs a Black male brought up in the American south, my experience closely resembles yours. I really enjoyed my time in Egypt and was treated very well.
ОтветитьGood one. Get out there and look for the joys in life… who has time to waste always looking for the negatives. Anyway… you are one very handsome man…
ОтветитьJay you was on point with what you said , we shouldn't lump it all because an isolated opinion of a few people having negative views. When I went to Germany 🇩🇪 I was told about how racist they are, and to my expectation, that was not the case as I have been there now 3 times, and it's been a beautiful experience. Beautiful words, spoken brother, but let's not pander too much though but with it all, have an open mind. I've subscribed to your video content. Your awareness I love the mindset of you been open minded . My Brother bless 🙌 🙏
ОтветитьI am an Egyptian here in the US who is an Egyptian Royal by DNA. The perspective of Egyptians not being “Black” is actually what my ancestors stress to me. This labeling of “Black” “White” etc is a category that GOVERNMENTS made up… to group you… To control you. They want you to fight… and so you choose to do so.
People who are not connected to Egyptian lineage wouldn’t understand what I am saying as my information that I am giving comes direct from my ancient Egyptian ancestors. It is ancient knowledge. I am Egyptian/Persian/Hindi/Nigerian. I am a direct descendant of Ra (God) and it is known by the US Government. People need to open their eyes and understand that this “government grouping” is how they are able to erase history and re-write it to fit their agenda. Stop fighting about what “color group” you think you belong to and FIND OUT WHO YOU TRULY ARE… DNA-wise. That is who you are. Stop allowing outside people to dictate who you are. Lean on your ancestors.
Awesome and very very very true
ОтветитьRespect
ОтветитьThey don't care if Europeans don't like black people, but they go there anyway.
We are too busy looking for people to love us, rather than just loving ourselves.
You don’t know till you go! And go with an open mind ! We are all her to experience! There is beauty in every experience 😌
