I pretty much had the same experience, was thinking about just stopping then kept going and some things got better. the companion thing really annoys me though and the less xp after level 20 but I continue to forge ahead.

1,000,000 is not enought for free to play because what if i need to experience new race like pure-blooded sith who can be obtained with 1,500,000 credits. its just i'm bored to play 3 race i maintained y credits up to 1 million and then i thinked 500,000 more and sith race is mine aaaand game tells me no more credits you are in limited WTF

I played SWTOR as a free to play player for a week and maxed my levels the amount of restrictions and the type of restrictions just isn't worth it at all sorry but its not at the end i just felt like i wasted a hole week for a frustrating end game that meant nothing

I kust really dislike the idea of sub games even if it's 1$ a year it hurts knowing how much it stacks up

i came back to this game after a lengthy layoff. it used to be adaptive gear was a must. is that still the case? i always got around the f2p credit cap by buying legacy unlocks, etc. nice video btw. subbed.

how i can save money, I have reached the limit 1millon and i preferred status, i cant enter on my guild cargo to save money, so what do you recommend?

For maxing item for f2p acc, where should i farm or buy it.

I've done some flashpoint and a lot of purple and some yellow rarity gears is good stats but f2p cant use that.

So i guess blue/green item is the best eq to equip isnt? Where to find good blue/green eq?

I have 467 hours as of today and still have not hit a limit on things I still want to do as a F2P. 3 months total.

i just started few days ago because a friend asked, its like you said it feels really limited. For example you get items (a skin) i cant use i got just one action bar not much inventory space which both can be upgraded. Overall the game lives from the story and cutscenes and there are alot of them :d and even i whos not the biggest star wars fan like it. You surely can spend lots of hours without spending a single cent :) I recommend You find someone who you can play with or be a big star wars fan else the graphics / gameplay arent the best anymore which is fine for the age.

I have two accounts, one preferred and one f2p. I honestly think f2p is better. You don't level as fast, so the game is harder. It's still not that hard unless you're an extreme minimalist. I learned game mechanics better this way. You can't hold as much in your active inventory, so you have to be more selective and are more likely to sell off old stuff for cash. Finally, the game has so much content as a solo player that you can experience a slow burn through some solid story and star wars.

I've been playing F2P for a few weeks now and it's really not a big deal. It is an older MMO, but the stories make it compelling to play. And you can subscribe for one month to unlock all expansions. After that month, you can cancel your subscription and still keep the expansions. Win-win.

I was watching swtorista and she said the free 2 play players had two expansions. Where can I get these?

The purple items can be used by acquiring an unlock at the auction, just like the crafting skills, I unlocked that limitation without paying real money, I have always played for free too
