Great info for "lived-in" model homes and homes that may be for sale or staging themes "The Magazine Look". This is not the info vid for those with things that are " per se life events treasured items and destination keepsakes" like most of the homes in the world. I will agree that not over-cluttering spaces does make for a neat and more spacious well-displayed/organized look. Great rundown though.

Thank you for some great tips!! I personally don’t think budget friendly should be associated with being on trend though because trends change and if you’re trying to stay on trend you’ll be budgeting for redos quite often. My personal opinion though. I do appreciate your tips and advice❤

Love grommets....in South Africa we call then Eyelets and they're have an easy going modern look to them. Clips/hooks are so 80s 🤢

Oh WOW!!!!!!!!! Like this is people's BIGGEST PROBLEMS.

A lot of these perfect rooms end up all lookingnthe same.

The problem with mounting the TV above the fire place is that its too high for comfortable viewing unless you are standing all the time.

I think the grommet curtains looked better than the pinch pleated curtains which look more dated to me.

I love my grommet curtains. I use at least 20 grommet curtains to get a really full look. I also mix the colors using other colors to accent my window. It looks very elegant. I also like total darkness when I turn I the lights out. I love my bedroom decor. It’s shabby chic cream and very comfortable and homey.

Those old mugs make great plant pot covers. They tend to make people smile when I give away starter plants I've rooted up for people.

I reno houses so I am constantly reviewing homes for sale online. It’s amazing how much junk people collect and how cluttered most people’s homes are that you see in the photos. Most of that stuff looks like overspending habits and not there because of a lack of space. The clutter deters from the sale. If you’re interested in selling, box that stuff up and remove it. Just a few of the tips offered in this video will increase the speed of sale and/or the sale price. We are a society of collectors, and that’s not necessarily a good thing.
