One thing: the timer resolution value must be sharp 1 ms or 0.5 ms, not 0.999 or 0.4999 etc. It's known to cause stutter and judder and rising DPC latency.

If you see your time resolution being something else but 1 ms or 0.5 ms, open CMD (admin) or PowerShell (admin) and type the following commands and hit enter

bcdedit /set useplatformclock no
bcdedit /set useplatformtick yes

Islc show u how many mb ram u have in usage no 1024x your gb of ram i think. on your 16310 : 2 is 8155 mb. and default settings works maybe better.
