How can people still not see all of this is LARP? I still get email notifications of companies that have the same job openings from 3 years ago. They keep getting reposted. There's a reason companies go through the rigamarole without any intention of hiring, im not gonna go into it you can look it up but when I was job searching I was the one ghosting the employers. If they want to hire you, theyll give an aptitude test. I almost dont wanna say that cause im afraid phony employers will start wasting more of peoples time now but if employers are really looking at you as a candidate they arent gonna give a fk what neighborhood you grew up in. These people waste your time, its hard to find a job cause these jaw jackers keep pulling you off your job search to give you their testimony.
