Why people think this photo of JFK's killer is fake

1) Marina Oswald did all the family laundry and stated that Lee did not own a "black collared" shirt.
2) The grip of the revolver appears to be too large for a S&W snubnose .38 special. That LHO allegedly owned.

The questions -- such as: who took this photo, why did he pose with a weapon, when was it clicked, what was the context of his life up until this point, what is he holding in the other hand, etc. -- can be found to have been answered in a brilliant Frontline PBS documentary titled "Who Was Lee Harvey Oswald?"

The gun in the photo and the one found at "the crime scene" is not the same gun that Oswald mail ordered from a magazine. Different optics and different length of barrel. More importantly, there were three eye witnesses, all three women who worked in the floors below where they framed Oswald, that confirmed there's no way Oswald, or anyone, used the stairs in the moments immediately following the incident. The Warren commission changed their testimonies, altering the time they got to the stairwell from a few seconds to minutes. This is all documented in Oliver Stone's documentary. Oswald wasn't even in that building, let alone using that firearm.

The interesting thing about the photo, is the reason why he is holding a newspaper. If you were showing off your rifle, you wouldn't need to hold a newspaper unless you showing a timestamp. The purpose of the photo was to set him up. as the patsy.

The only way to prove is that photo was not computer-generated or graphically generated is to recreated the photo with Oswald himself and a rifle in that position in that spot at the right time of day having a computer generate a computer model just proves that yes that picture could have been generated through a computer model to look as accurate as a computer would think it would be because a computer doesn't necessarily recognize such things either

One theory how I think it may have been done….

Oswald’s head from a similar photo that his wife took was imposed over another body. This would explain why the shadow on the ground, the gun size, etc adds up. What I think should have been explored was Oswald’s upper and lower body ratios. You can be the same height as someone else and have longer legs and a shorter torso area or vice versa. How do we know that that is his body?
