Martha you need to work on your aim. lol I spent 2 days at the CIA San Antonio location at the Latin Cuisine Summit. They focused on Cuba Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic. Anyways saw plenty of Mojo sauce being made I have plans to do one of the recipes I learned there. Mojo Shrimp.
