Why not automate judiciary charges, have wanjikus pay thru phones, get full registration details send back with court name, time, amount, judge to dispense the case, maximum duration etc etc and all those details captured in CjKoome and JSC portal so that at a click of mouse, u can see judges dragging cases and having them sacked?

I support the call for Reforms in the judiciary. The judiciary is entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring constitutionalism in the governance of a country. The kenyan judiciary needs to tell Kenyans who is in government and who is in the opposition just to start with. The registrar of political parties needs to tell us which political parties are in government and how and which political parties are in the opposition.

Judiciary is very corrupt truth be told,98% of Kenyans in prisons are poor people who could not bribe their way out of the prison.If one ever finds himself/herself in a prison,you will not like this country.
