ОтветитьThat's the closest I've seen. I'd imagine only 1T sugar wouldn't be very noticeable and offset by the chicken broth. I'd say the small amount of sugar causes the glaze look and helps the sauce cling. I just don't like my Chinese food to taste sweet.
