Great video finally someone did it correctly. Keep it up
ОтветитьWhat do you think best home fitness workouts for men over 50 that home fitness lovers and apartment renters? I don't care for public gyms at all. I don't care for weight machines at all.
Ответить@musclemonsters what app do you use to make your videos? I love your production.
ОтветитьLove your videos. Very informative. I m. 77 and workout with weights 4 days per week. Still do just about any exercise I like. The secret is proper form always. I say use common sense when you plan your routine and you will be safe. Keep up the good work. !
ОтветитьJust found your excellent channel. Thank you! Also, your "Alpha" bro guy cracks me the hell up
ОтветитьYou gotta include 1 chest exercise man otherwise it's an incomplete workout but otherwise the exercises are fine!
ОтветитьIm 43 and i still like doing squats
ОтветитьThe only videos ever that I've had to speed up to hear the guy properly and not fall asleep.
ОтветитьFor the love of god, stop putting the alpha guy in your videos
ОтветитьAny options for bicep and triceps?
ОтветитьGym bros need to stop skipping leg day lol.
ОтветитьI’m 62 and still working out
ОтветитьGreat advice. Many thx. I’ve been on my fitness journey years & I do heavy deadlift but your channel offers great options i I’ll follow a lot. 🎉🎉
ОтветитьYou guys need to sell shirts like that "Alpha" . It's amazing :D
ОтветитьSquats bad????
Ответитьdoes oldmate have to pull those faces :) makes me think of the 90's and people pretending to be a grandpa. Cheers for the vids thought
ОтветитьGood video! As a PT who is now 40 and has been lifting for 25 years, I found this helpful.
ОтветитьI am 55 years lady, took a break of 3 years, before starting muscle training again . I do weighted squats but my reps are low, just 7-8 as compared to 15 earlier
ОтветитьVery clear instructed really enjoyed there was no profanity professionally executed💯
ОтветитьI'm 66, and Ive found that I like to do laterals with crossed cables a couple of feet in front of me, as my front delts get enough already, and using crossed cable cables mean I can start the move with my wrists crossing, I can't cheat, and I get a very long range of motion with resistance. Sometimes I'll switch off and use dumbbells while I'm face down on a bench with a slight incline, like you show, but I sit while keeping my legs out of the way. These both blast my delta big time, especially the middle heads.
ОтветитьExcellent idea, reversing the directions, a pull instead of lift. And how about using rubber expanders?

Great video
Ответить52 and in the best shape of my life mainly because dedication to perfecting the movements and adapting to aging joints. Also REFUSING to let the youngbloods outwork me.
ОтветитьIam currently following starting strength
ОтветитьThank you for the helpful information and awesome demonstrations. I am 60 years old and am benefiting tremendously from the data you present. God bless you all!
ОтветитьDude they are only 40 you acting like they are In their 80s or 90s I'm 57 and still do the workouts just as good in my 20s.. Hell my knees shoulders arms hurt than then
ОтветитьPush ups…modified pull ups…..body weight squats……some kind of crunch…planks…..walk. 57 years old….l on blood pressure meds….but lm doing well. Eat less junk….fight off stress…..
Ответить50 years old and I'm still working out the same way I did when I was a teenager with heavier weight and more intensity.
ОтветитьWhen you're over 40 I think it's time to start dying
Ответить40 is nothing, maybe 50, but I am not sure. I am still 40 and all good!
ОтветитьIm 49 and the only stuff i do are compound excercise.
Deadlift.
Bench Press dumbbell or barbell.
Squat.
Shoulder Press.
Pull-Up.
And some mobility excercise.
No more is needed to be in an really good shape.
Thank You for this video. I am 57 and had to change my routine at 56. Joint issues make me go less weight but higher rep. I feel great and continue to lift with strict form. The biggest thing I had to let go of was rest time between sets and less sets per body part. My ego had to be readjusted also.
ОтветитьThis info isn't half bad. Your DB Sumo DL is basically a hanging goblet squat. Your hips are starting too low. You aren't utilizing the hamstrings as much as you think which aren't very active in a squat.
ОтветитьI am a fan of this gym bro model
Ответить50 year old survivor of major car crash
Went back to the gym 3 months ago and Got fitter and stronger lost 12kg and now able to left good weight 120kg bench for reps no ego lifts
Just having fun again
I find this channel really useful and heaps simple little things that definitely helped me improve
So hyped for the background music every time.
ОтветитьJust train smart you don’t got to lift heavy to build muscle
ОтветитьThis channel is for people who know nothing about training.
Ответить...FOR BEGINNERS AND UNTRAINED
ОтветитьI'm 47 and I disagree about the back barbell squats. I even do barbell back sumo squats. Still love your content but disagree about this video. Only problem I have is a minor shoulder issue...otherwise I feel great!
ОтветитьHeavy squats with a barbell across shoulders is a NO NO as you age. Disc compression is to be avoided.
ОтветитьShut up thug
ОтветитьYou are too young to offer such advice! I started weight training at 40 and reached my peak at 65! My strength has just. been gradually slowing down since then. I am 74 years young now but am still stronger than those twenty something of my body weight who had been training for one or two years in terms of muscle power.
ОтветитьI’m 43. Just 4-5 years ago I used to squat hard but now it’s tough. Aging sucks, man. 😢
ОтветитьAwesome thanks
Ответить61, lifted most of my life, the guy gives very good knowledge.
ОтветитьLove the content! The dude with the blue bandana is so freaking funny 😂 great vidéos
ОтветитьI’m 46 and still do squats, deadlifts, etc. with a bar. I’m not too old.
ОтветитьWill be 49 in June. Just getting started.
