I'm here! love the military story versions
ОтветитьI always find with these people that you give an inch and they take a mile
ОтветитьThank you for this eye opening story, may everyone be blessed today! ♥
ОтветитьWHAT ABOUT THE FEDERAL LAW THAT PROTECTS ALL DEPLOYED SOLDIERS.
ОтветитьOne call to his CO would have had the entire HOA board in cuffs inside four hours.
Ответитьyou're in trouble now Karen and you're taking your friends down with you too
ОтветитьSo whyhad his wife moved out of the house? She would not have been following him on deployment.
ОтветитьThat is squatting and should be treated the crime that it is. Why would the wife and children leave the property just because the husband was deployed in the military, and where would they go to live??
ОтветитьWhat a pile of BS... How was the House abandoned while he was on deployment? Where did his wife and son live during his deployment? How can a frigging HOA declare a private property forfeit due to abandonment? Why did he not just contact a lawyer? I know American Vets are treated poorly, but this is ridiculous.
ОтветитьThis story is absolutely intense, the way your platoon stormed in to reclaim your home from the HOA’s shameless rental scheme while you were deployed is pure heroism.
ОтветитьSoldiers and sailors act...........
Ответитьthis is so unfair!
ОтветитьJustice isn't just about winning a battle—it's about changing the game entirely. Sometimes, fighting back against a system of control takes more than courage, it takes dismantling the very structure that tries to silence us. ✊🏡💥
ОтветитьHe served his country — and they rented out his home behind his back? That’s not just wrong. That’s disgraceful.
ОтветитьSeriously the soldier would have gone to jag
ОтветитьIt always surprises me when I hear my family name ( Yates), used in any context.
ОтветитьThese HOAs are why most service families do not buy property until they retire.
ОтветитьCan anyone please tell me where did Max the dog come from and where did his wife and kid disappear too? Cause nothing has been said about them.😊
ОтветитьWhy didn’t he call his chain of command and the JAG corps. Stupid story.
ОтветитьHis "renters" exposesed the depth of the theft of homes owned by military personnel. It went far beyond his house in his community. He used "Karen's" actions against her. Karen was still fghting her battle. Thanks to a neighbor he and others got their homes back due to hidden fi!as in an o!d bunker hidden under a model home.
ОтветитьHe should of just sent the guards and Karen to the er on life support
ОтветитьWhere was the wife and kids when they decided to take this house? Were they not staying in it
ОтветитьHOA officers aren't real.
ОтветитьError 1: Why his wife didnt go to the VA or American Legon.
Ответитьgood HOA
ОтветитьService Member Civil Relief Act covers this, making the HOA open to action by the government and the service members.
ОтветитьAnother exciting story
ОтветитьWhy do people buy, rent, lease homes in HOA's? When my husband and I moved 3 years ago, I told the Realtor I would not even consider a house under an HOA. She said she was in an HOA and had no problems. I said that it doesn't take much once a Karen gets involved. My house is not in an HOA area.
ОтветитьHOA stupid, don’t mess with the government military. They all need long prison time
ОтветитьWhere was the wife during this invasion of their home.
ОтветитьThey messed with the wrong platoon. Home reclaimed, lesson delivered.
ОтветитьAmen, take it all back
ОтветитьLeans spelt wrong should be Lien
ОтветитьRespect to you and your platoon. No one messes with a soldier’s home.”
ОтветитьHoa are criminals they always take advantage of people who can't fight,,I do
All time take them to court..
No HOA can do what this says they did.
ОтветитьHOA renting out a deployed soldier’s home without consent? That’s not just illegal—it’s a betrayal. Salute to the platoon for standing up and taking back what was his! 🇺🇸
ОтветитьI don’t understand if his wife and kids are there how did they get the house?
ОтветитьBoring
ОтветитьQuestion.... What happened to the ex-CO? Redford or whatever his name was, who was also in on the scheme....
ОтветитьI like how she’s always named Karen. 😂😂😂😂
ОтветитьThis is strange it’s a just mix up of stories no complete thread
ОтветитьWait; how’d they get back in the house?
ОтветитьThis story is so fragmented, I nearly cut off my thumb with it. Thumbs Down!
Ответитьglad it got resolved- no one should have to fight for their own home especially after serving
ОтветитьMy only question is, wasn't his wife and child still in the house living and using the property while he was deployed, so how could the HOA take his home for abandonment, the wife and child would have had to have left too before she could say that, but even then you can't take someones property and sub lit it ever unless you have a legal reason and HOA bylaws aren't laws at all, they have no legal binding order and in many instances actually go against city, county and state ordnances and laws, HOA bylaws are no more legal then a suggestion of how to act and behave, period
ОтветитьWhy didn't his family stay in the house when he was deployed
Ответить
