Love the car! I just wish those TRD wheels weren't so expensive.

I hate the fact that some of these states that make you have a front tag, it ruins the look of the fascia.

A lot of reviewers are giving this car a real hard time, but buyers prefer it over the FR-S.

Steve, do you know if this is the same platform used in the Corolla?

Scions a dying breed. Other than the frs and the tc they got nuttin good. Plus they need to learn to build higher end interiors not hard plastic feeling junk!

thats y i have to drive the cars for myself... you are the 1st reviewer that said this was a fun car to drive... everyone else pretty much ripped it apart...

how is the clutch and shifter?  any throttle lag/hang when letting off of the gas to shift?

This car is so ridiculously ugly

Hows the traction in this car?  My brother had one of the first years and had the most stickiest tires he could find and still had more issues then my focus.

Great job on your review. I like how you mention the Tc is a mix of practical and a little fun.

I think some people are harsh on the Tc thinking it's a pure sports car when it's not.

I also like this review because you're revving the tc with the manual transmission. Other reviews I've watched always say the tc is boring but never rev the engine enough.

I love the look and features but wish they put a bit more... balls in the engine bay.
Its just kind of depressing hearing that slow winding camry motor in such a beautiful car.

is the automatic transmission vastly different than the manual?

I have a 2012 it's a good car for the price. Some good features the look of the car isn't bad. Overall no complaints. Could be faster lol

Can you check the foam patting on the driver's side by pushing on it...i watched a review of 2014 scion tc at alex on autos show and he tells about it. Please check if it happens on every new tC? I'm just worried about it in the future... Thanks

The body is ok, but it hate this color. For some reason most people I see choose this shit colored Grey

I just wouldnt get the TRD tires honestly. They are very costly, and the chances of blow out is increased and damaged rims as well. In general, they make the ride handling a tad better, but they make the overall comfort a lot worse, which the stock is fairly good. So my advise, dont get TRD 19 inch rims. Stock 18 is much better overall.

How is the visibility given the small windows and long dash?

finally someone who gets it right..the tc is a sporty looking coupe awesome for every day driving or commuting.good on gas, super reliable,very practical and customisable

Wanting a car so I can keep the miles low on the work truck. I'm the boss, but also the accountant, so I guess I'll start saving for a used one.

The tc is just as fast as the frs and handle almost as good it doesn’t have a torque dip either. The frs is more refined but if your on a back road both cars have performance tires I don’t think a frs would get away from it
