Wanted to try this recipe before I cooked for 6 guests. As an accomplished chef Gordon can do it in 10 minutes no doubt. But I could not cook the salsa and pork simultaneously. I cooked them one after another, so it took 20 minutes. The result was still very good. I am now confident that I can cook for my guests next week. Thank you Gordon for showing us this inspiring dish 🙏👍👏

Thats a form of culinary content that could be a once a month or once a week kind of thing. You can structure the content however you wish - And you can have some fun with it - a guy like Gino - he's Italian - he needs an hour so he can sip wine and talk .
