Awesome recipes. I would replace the short ribs by cow leg shank (sorry I dont know the exact name of the cut in english). will taste great, and you can leave the short ribs for where they belong, to a bbq.
ОтветитьJust made the Ragu. I had to use a bottom round roast beef instead of short ribs. Still turned out great!! This would go great with a baguette
ОтветитьYou need to come down to New Orleans just for the food alone! You won’t regret it.
ОтветитьExcellent recipes thanks
ОтветитьShort Rib Ragù is incredibile tastefull , thanks a lot for this recipe.
ОтветитьYou can’t say requests come in clumps and then say requests from five different people came in when you only have five people who watch your crap…honestly it’s probably one person with five different accounts? Lol!
ОтветитьUse a big metal clip from the stationary section and clip it to the inside pot and the outside and the pot stays still while you work. A large one
ОтветитьEverything looked good except that jambalaya. As a cajun, I can confidently say, that was an abomination.
ОтветитьThis is awesome! You’re or so bad yourself! Hope you share more instant pot videos!
ОтветитьWhy are you killing the recipe links?
ОтветитьI have to do is spend a little bit extra money and buy the Insta pot that gives you the pot that will can go from Insta pot to the stove. Those come with handle and they’re locked in they don’t spin
ОтветитьPlease do more Instapot recipes!!!
ОтветитьNapoleon Dynamite. Not karate kid
ОтветитьUse 1 or 2 rubber coated clamps to keep the insta pot from moving! 😊
ОтветитьWhat is Truff oil?
ОтветитьThe link to the recipes on the website doesn't work. Please fix!!
ОтветитьDude what an INCREDIBLE VIDEO!!!
You've inspired the EFF outta me!! Holy WOW!!!
Incredible..
ОтветитьTo keep the pot from spinning use one of those big black metal clips used to hold a stack of office papers together.
ОтветитьLoved this until I saw the shrimp going in for 12 minutes! 😢 😮Everything else looked great and this was very entertaining.
ОтветитьCan someone please verify for me: the Mac n cheese recipe, is it really 16 oz pasta and not one box (12 oz)?
ОтветитьI alway start my ribs in the crockpot using a dry rub. When the meat is fully cooked my husband will move the ribs to our charcoal grill and slather on the bbq sauce to get some smoky flavor. Next time I’m trying the Instant Pot.
ОтветитьLanguage!?
ОтветитьThese all look wonderful. What size Insta Pot do you use?
ОтветитьI'm missing some instructions on the ragu.....when did you take the short ribs out and how long did you continue to cook the ragu. I don't see the recipes listed below as promised. Also how did you use the beer mixture when the baby backs were in the oven? Somebody over edited your vlog I think.
ОтветитьSam you probably won't see this but Amazon has a instapot rotation stopping clip for $4.99
just thought Id let ya know from S.C.
Everything looks so good. I've had my Instant pot for a few years and have never used it. These recipes look like a good place to start. Thanks for sharing! P.S. I love your back splash tiles.
ОтветитьCool array of good food; I have not used mine yet, so will have to try these, and your upgrades/fixes. The Instant Pot I have has handles on the inner pot to hang on to, or you could always use a small "c" clamp on each side...
ОтветитьIf you put one of those big document clips on the bowl, your pot won’t slide around.
ОтветитьExcellent channel, going to try the short rib Ragu.
ОтветитьI use a big metal binder clip to pin down the inner pot when I'm stirring anything in the IP before pressurizing. Works great. The big 1" numbers are perfect.
ОтветитьI can’t cook tomato products in the instant pot without getting the dreaded “Burn Notice “
ОтветитьAll you need to do to keep the inner pot from twirling is find one of those great big paper clip things with the black metal on them and you can clip it right on the side of the pot and it will not move
ОтветитьI made the mac n Cheese with a Gouda cheese that I found in Sprouts ( Market) that had bacon in it. Omg 😳 it came out amazingly good! I will be making this again and I may add broccoli or peas to the batch.
ОтветитьI was disappointed in the cheese swap in the Mac and Cheese. It just didn't taste right. I'm trying it again with regular cheddar,
ОтветитьI got a pot last year and have been intimidated by it. Barely made anything more than dogfood (seriously, I pressure cook meat scraps from the local butcher with veggies and it's healthier, cheaper, and they Luv it). I tried to figure out how to adapt traditional family recipes a few times but missed the mark. Your video gives me courage to try again. These all look fabulous 😍. I'm trying to have more dinner parties, maybe game nights through the winter, or BBQ in summer ... And I'm thinking I'd be proud to serve any of these. Thanks so much!
ОтветитьRidiculous. Especially the dog. Kalifornians are insane.
ОтветитьThat jambalaya would get you tossed out of south Louisiana. Short ribs look great. Mac great. My pressure cooker book says to not cook pasta or dairy in it. Not sure why but I’m going to try the mac. 😊
ОтветитьI bet that short rib would go amazingly on some tacos...
ОтветитьOmg! You just convinced me to get an instant pot. I know this video was posted a year ago, but I’m writing you a comment anyway. Genius video!!! Love all the recipes you did. I can’t wait to see more, thanks for sharing.
ОтветитьMy grandmother cooked everything in a pressure cooker. And it was all fantastic!
ОтветитьI wasn’t hungry. Now I am.
ОтветитьDoesn't Jambalaya need some tomato in it?
Ответитьcant wait to try these. One question is doesnt chicken breast overcook and turn rubbery tho?
ОтветитьI made the short rib ragu and it was absolutely amazing. For the BBQ ribs, you can stick the tongs through both handles of the rack and easily pull the whole thing out. I'll have to try jambalaya next.
ОтветитьThank you for your videos. Could you also make recipes without meat?
ОтветитьWhy is there no Five Spice in the recipe for the rub?
ОтветитьOh snap ? Cmon son? Really dude?
ОтветитьLove my Instant Pot. But 100% agree that the browning capabilities are very weak.
I also put a dishtowel over the steam vent every single time. You know why!
