I am surprised that you did not mention more BDCs like GAIN, GLAD, PNNT, HRZN, PFLT, SCM, and PSEC, which pay monthly dividends.

The most popular investment portfolio strategies include diversification, where you spread investments across different asset classes to manage risk. Another is the growth strategy, focused on capital appreciation through high-risk, high-reward assets. Income-oriented strategies target regular income from dividend stocks or bonds. Finally, there's the value strategy, seeking undervalued assets for potential long-term gains.

.......With the way the market is moving currently instead of waiting for stocks to crash or recover, focus on how to profit off the current market, Bloomberg, WSJ, BBC business and the rest have been reporting cases of folks averaging 250k in 12weeks, so there's money being moved around if you know where you're looking at, that is.

Quick question: what’s the difference between investing in REITS, MLP’s, non qualified dividend, and short term capital in terms of taxation??? I wanted to add some REITS on my taxable portfolio, but still skeptical.

I noticed that rated AGNC stock quite high and announced that it only have 2 dividend cuts and if you look back 5 years ago. It dropped tremendously to 0.12 cent's a share and might go further down. How do you see only 2 cuts on AGNC?

Some of these stocks payed initially quarterly, and then had a "dividend cut" when they started paying monthly. Agree Realty is an example.

I have LTC. I have been pretty disappointed with it. I’m surprised it’s in the top 6. I guess it all depends on when you buy.

What about PSEC? how would they fair in your ranking? $0.06 dividend each month over the last 5 years, no dividend cuts.

The dividend yield itself is the most important. Consistency is important, but really you want to watch out for if the dividend it cut. Prices go up and down, but you need the incentive to invest.

It’s possible to share how to invest for income. I tried to research for Dividend stocks or Dividend ETFs, but with so much information, I am not sure how to sieve out the good ones, any thoughts?

You can get the 5 year dividend growth and 5 year total return (with dividend added to share price return) on seeking alpha. Then you don't need to do any math. :)
