My First L236 Super White Pleco Spawn

Does it work to spawn with no frozen food? i mean i have a lot but problem is in my tank i have a big pump and save 80% of the frozen food going inside the pump... i shutdown the pump for 30min at the evening when i give them some blood worms that works but not with Brine Shrimp... so Dr. Bassleer and Ebo is enough?
