I have confusion on this video though. I learnt from your servo motor videos that we map 0~1023 to 0-180degree to control the POSITION of the servo motor. However, when we map the same thing to the BLDC motor, how is this going to convert it to the SPEED?
What engineering discipline will learn this kind of stuff during university? Is it electrical engineering or mechanical engineering or automotive engineering?

And with some bikes, it's located in the middle.
