Embark on a magical journey aboard the iconic Jacobite Steam Train, the real-life Hogwarts Express! This historic railway, famously featured in the Harry Potter films, offers more than just a trip through the wizarding world. It's a captivating adventure through the stunning Scottish Highlands, steeped in rich history and breathtaking scenery.

We begin our journey at London's King's Cross Station, visiting the Harry Potter Shop and capturing a photo at Platform 9¾. From there, we travel to Edinburgh via the LNER Azuma high-speed train, before transferring to ScotRail and heading to Fort William, where our steam train adventure truly begins.

As we board the Jacobite Steam Train, we witness the crew meticulously preparing the locomotive for a day filled with eager Harry Potter fans and railway enthusiasts. The onboard experience is magical, complete with a gift shop selling movie memorabilia and a café car offering themed treats like "Butter Brew."

Our journey takes us through rugged landscapes and over the magnificent Glenfinnan Viaduct, a highlight for both fans of the films and lovers of engineering marvels. We make a brief stop at Glenfinnan Station, where visitors can explore a vintage signal box turned mini-museum and even try their hand at operating a railway lever.

Continuing through the Highlands, we arrive in the coastal village of Mallaig, famous for its fresh fish and chips. Here, the engine switches ends before we embark on our return trip, ensuring passengers get to experience the scenery from both sides of the train.
