I want to go, but while I am there I want to see other countries. Is it better for me to get one entry visa and reapply at the airport or get the multiples entry? knowing that I will be in the country for only 15 days coming in and out

It's changed -now max 30 days on arrival -not 45. Doesn't make a lot of sense when it means we have to fly out and spend our money in Vietnam, Singapore or Malaysia instead -that way we get the full, extended vacation before returning back to our home country.

The new law is 30 days without visa. Can you get a visa for extention on a free 30 day visa? I am coming to Thailand next week for 44 days. The law changed to 30. I have applied for visa. If it doesn’t come in time. Is there any way around this ? Please someone help

The current visas are first 30 days Free then extend 30 more and then 30 more. = 90 days total. There is no 45 day visa. Thanks

I have seen videos where people mention carrying a copy of your passport instead of the actual document. Where could I get copies made? Are copy machines available at the airport or in 7-11's? Or will most hotels do that when checking in?

Arsen, of course I used all of your advice when I did visit Thailand in January.
I am a truckdriver for over more then 30 years and I learned that to keep all the things together about documents they will ask when I get pulled over by law enforcement I already hand them over before they asked me for it. ( because I know they will ask me for it ). This will speed up things for me and the person who is checking me for my documents.
So, my advice is, keep everything ready, just hand over all the documents they will ask you for, what you know they maybe gonna ask for.
For example, the place where you will stay, just give it already, before they ask you, they will decide if they will use all the information you give, instead of waiting that they ask you for it and then you need to search for it. They are pro`s behind the desk and trust me, they like it if you are prepared, they will return to you the documents they don`t need, with a smile and you don`t hold up the line, because you need to search for that one thing they really wanna see.
