Brother I'm trying to fix my mother 04 PT CRUISER, I did the test you show on your video with the pcm the pcm is not send the ground signal to the coil pack. It has juice in the center cable , but the two side cables are not getting the ground signal from the pcm. At the coil plug. Do I need a pcm?

Another option is to take the front cover off the computer, plug it back in and lightly press the chip area next to where the connectors are within the gel.

I was able to reproduce this anytime I wanted by pressing the same area once I found it.

Unless you have the tools to fix computer, I suggest you put the cover back on it and send it to someone who can.

I did successfully take it out and re-solder loose connections which gave me bad communication to read codes, but I didn’t have any way to actually read the computer and it changed from crank intermittent start to crank no start at all.

I did a whole lot of testing of sensors and looking for shorts and finally just gave up to except that it’s a computer problem

I have only stalled like once or twice I only get esp and lightning bolt limp mode so agitating could a wheel speed sensor cause the etc light you know your stuff it seems like

2005 chrysler 300c 5.7 where are you located dealing with etc light after 2 gas pedals for the acc sensor and two throttle bodies all the fixes I did them only two culprits left crankshaft position sensor and pcm I heard the crankshaft position sensor needs a relearn but my cam did not man nightmare after nightmare

My ecu threw a bad cat code then after resetting it threw a bad exhaust feed back sensor code for a second time and I just replaced that sensor and 3 weeks later the code is back. The other day my truck would not start the starter did nothing but after i reset the ecu the truck fired right up and starts and runs normally since but has the new code for a bad feedback sensor. Is the ecu going out?

My 07 Chrysler 300c 5.7 won’t stay on long enough to duplicate the issue . I can start it it would run for about 5mins idle rough then just shuts off completely. And starts right back up though but will do it again and again . Fuel pumps been changed already and it still does it . And sometimes the length of time it runs varies

@onlinemechanictips u ever had one were the wires where the problem i have the same problem u0100 in tcm just like this car and random stall i have a 2006 daytona rt charger if i move the pcm around sometime just shut off i order new pcm im waiting for it

Definitely checking this done replaced alot of sensors and parts they Definitely didn't hurt replacing except my pockets...Def checking pcm next
