Nice units. Great amenities. Great price. This location is not on the baht bus line(10 baht). It is about a 20-minute walk, in the heat, to the beach or to catch the baht bus. Or you can use Bolt. Bolt is hit-and-miss in Jomtien and is about 100 to 150 baht to Central Pattaya. No big deal if you are on holiday. But this is something to consider if coming for a long stay and having mobility and budget issues. I would not recommend buying or renting a car or scooter for first-timers. I have seen too many accidents in Jomtien and Pattaya with mostly foreigners. There are no rules here. Many Thais run red lights. I have ridden motorcycles my whole life in the U.S. I will not ride here. The air quality can get really bad at the beginning of Late February when they burn the rice fields up north. I had a bronchial attack attack for the first time in 30 years.

What happens if you sign a 6 month or yearly contract & then leave during the contract period.

Now that's more like my price range, I'm from the UK & my monthly income is about one third what you get in the US, my entire monthly budget is around $550, that has to cover everything.

I could pay this rent and fly back and forth to LAX every month and still be cheaper than something equivalent in Southern California. Let that sink in.
