What's everyone's thinking on doge mining with the potential of a merge to POS coming up?

Been merge mining DOGE/LTC on and off for the past month on NiceHash using their hash marketplace. I wrote a bot in Python to track the profitability and adjust my marketplace orders to maintain a bid that was still profitable. I'm currently awaiting delivering of a Goldshell X5 and Mini-DOGE Pro to start mining it directly. Personally, I don't think that, of the two, DOGE has the greater potential. It's the OG sh!tcoin and people seem to love it. I'll never understand the reason but it seems to get these massive pumps and I'm more than happy to mine and ride the waves.

Buying a miner for 10-12 thousand dollars ( thats before local sales tax, that ads 7-8% on top) , that might be obsolete in a year or 2. It is a bad investment
Take that amount invest in a safe CDO in your bank that earns 4% guaranteed or more
On the 10K you make net 400$ thats 33$ a month,
No electricity fees no machine breakdown or becoming obsolete

I mine DOGE and LTC with Antminer L7's liquid cooled and started in November. I have mined on the computer before that but finally got the ASIC's running. I do it as a business and am expanding though I am a bit concerned that Vitalik is trying to make DOGE POS instead of POW and I don't want to see it go the same way as ETH did. Been mining over a year on Scrypt. It all started when I found your videos and helped me get started. Thanks! Was running l3’s but bought a Bluestar L1. It hashes well. Can run low power or full 4.9gh/s or custom set it anywhere in between. Had to find firmware update to mine more than a couple of pools. It was a middle road between price of an l7 with much better efficiency than l3. I like litecoin more than doge but hodl some of both. Also mining CKB and added a couple s19j pros since they have come way down. I think litecoin is the best as an actual currency and do most of my transactions with it. Cheap and fast. What a currency should be!

Is there one that will auto swap your Litecoin to Doge so you get the most Doge per day? $15 a day is $5500 a year. A decent miner costs about $10,000. Two years to break even is not good. Losing proposition. Save your money and don’t waste your time.

Hey Vosk & Team. I do mine doge with 3 Goldshell Mini-Doge miners. (One pro, 2 regular.) Admittedly I lose a couple cents a day. However as you mentioned, it's kind of like paying the exchange fees right now. So I HODL until we get back to better pricing on the coins. Can't afford to get a 'big boy' miner right now. Nor do I have the setup to run it in my house. However the Box miners give me an introductory aspect into mining for the time being. Maybe a Lite version of the miner will in my future. Need something quiet that isn't too crazy on the power consumption. Really appreciate your videos!

I still haven't gotten myself a dogecoin miner yet. The only problem with being in the uk with electric prices is that it doesn't look like it would be a viable option with the electric prices looking to continually increase long term maybe I'll pick one up in the new year 😉
