Flank steak needs to be marinated preferably over night. My flank steak is outstanding, and I marinate it with soy sauce, molasses, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and ginger. Cooked 2-3 min on each side on the grill for med rare, cut against the grain, and mmmm, what a flavorful flank steak!
