This student is exactly where I am in my game. What a great video.
ОтветитьExcellent lesson..ty
ОтветитьThis is exactly what I'm trying to get a grasp of. Not getting the natural feel for getting the right foot to turn and get up on the toes. Should the momentum of the swing get my right foot to follow?
ОтветитьHi Eric, just back from range on a cold and wet Tuesday! This is a great drill which has helped my extension. At the moment the ball is going left so I need to straighten that out. Will do this drill at the start of all my range sessions. Thanks
Ответитьlawn or deck chair is perfect for that feel.
ОтветитьPracticing small parts of the swing is a really great idea. Master the small pieces before moving to the full motion. Crawl, walk, run. Most people want to run straight away and they build bad habits. So much great advice in this video.
ОтветитьSo much great information!
ОтветитьLove it. Definitely going to get some range time with this. Thank you!
ОтветитьGreat video. The take away is so important, maybe the most important part of the golf swing.
ОтветитьGreat lesson 👏🏻👏🏻
I’m new fan from Denmark 🇩🇰
..thanks very much Eric. The thud concept might seem insignificant but for me it’s a big one, thanks you
ОтветитьEric, sharing your skill, knowledge and training of this sport is so helpful to your viewers. Thank you for our lesson and all you have to offer.
ОтветитьI typically “hit” the ball versus swing thru the ball. Adding the finishing goals of arms out, and standing on right toe, feels much more athletic and powerful (as I hit balls with my irons and hybrids in my garage). Will work on this outdoors tomorrow! Many thanks for your always spot-on swing checkpoints!
ОтветитьWhat app are you using to record from your iPhone?
ОтветитьWhat a great coach! 👍 i wish you were in Australia.
ОтветитьCogorno is the man. I've been using his videos for the past couple years or so, and, despite playing fewer rounds per year, my ball striking, accuracy, and general play have been improving. Can't recommend him enough.
ОтветитьThis is one of your best videos. I have been doing exactly the same faults as your pupil . I have tried your corrections and they work. Instead of sweeping I am now getting the divot I always wanted with such easy. Thank so much and keep them coming.
ОтветитьPutting too much power through his right hand. Give him feels for the left hand leading through and the right hand is quiet. Swing through it, not hit at it.
ОтветитьEric you have such an amazing natural way of coaching. Love the videos… thank you !!
ОтветитьGreat lesson. The 90 90 punch drill is a great way to improve contact and weight shift
ОтветитьEric, I can't begin to tell you how valuable this video is for my swing. Totally applicable and i can't wait to implement this in my training.
ОтветитьBrilliant! He looks so much more athletic.
ОтветитьJust an excellent lesson Eric!!
ОтветитьI learned so much by watching this. This is exactly my topic right now. Thanks for sharing and having a free lesson. Greetings from Germany.
ОтветитьI was James. I set up the same way. Bent over, butt back, reaching out. I’m 6’1”, so tall-ish. I’ll share what made it easy for me to set up right, to go along with Eric’s thoughts.
I was originally told to setup like I was sitting down on a bar stool. That’s how you get the but back so far. The thought that made it easy to do it right was to bend over like you’re looking over a fence. Instead. This gets the weight a little more forward and less hip hinge. Combine that with rotating your right but cheek backwards and then your left but cheek or hip backwards and you gain so much space.
Before that I felt so crowded. After, I like to say it was like going from a twin bed to a king size bed. So much less crowded! Much better contact came immediately.
Thanks Eric. More high handicappers, please. Love this video.
Eric that was probably the most awesome lesson ever! Thank you so much.
ОтветитьI was a military instructor pilot for a decade. Eric, you are just as good as the best of my peers. These videos are simply outstanding. Still not doing lessons in PA?
ОтветитьThese mini-lesson videos are some of your best Eric. Some of your throw away comments are so insightful. Many thanks.
ОтветитьEric, this is my favorite video of yours! I like seeing a higher handicap player like me. It’s amazing how a couple adjustments transformed this guy’s swing. I bet he shaves 8-10 strokes off his score.
ОтветитьYou had a video on this almost a year ago, one of my favorites. When I begin to struggle, I go back to that. Great to see those concepts put into action here.
ОтветитьGreat great video. I watched many but this is so easy to understand. Thank you
ОтветитьCan you come to Switzerland and fix my swing?!
ОтветитьThank you for this video. It’s very timely for me. I’m in the process of revamping my swing. Which was totally incorrect. I want to knock 25 strokes off my game. Now I’m shootings 110+ for 18. My goal is to be consistently in the 80’s.
ОтветитьThat is astonishing. That quick change in the post-impact posture is amazing. See your coach, folks!
