BTNHD. Those that have latest 10 home have no option but to use method 5.
Very easy to follow your directions with close ups of what your doing.

For me just go to control panel items,administrative tools,then click system configuration,go to SERVICES & find the windows update. Just unclick the windows update and apply. Restart...Then my problem solve...

My computer is Windows 10 home and it looks different when I go to settings, and update and security. What next?
