I live in michigan aswell, and my seasonal depression is kicking in and these adventure videos are really helping me to feel better. It reminds me of what a beautiful state we live in & how lucky I am to live here. Even though the cloudy gray days are getting me down right now. My only qualm with that part of the country is it’s completely flat. No hills or mountains. Just kind of hard to get into the flat scenery.

My mom’s family is from the UP, my grandpa mined copper not too far from HH. What an amazing place.

Just watched this. Took me back to my trips there, '96 & '04. And was nice to see the trail I took to Daisy farm. At the end, YOU nailed it. Your heart ...part of it stays there. Boat trips back I've witnessed silence and teary eyes. There's just something about that magnificent Isle. Like going back in time.
