To tell you the truth, these two cities are my favorite among the best places we have in Africa, jorhanesburg is more developed, however Nairobi is a city to admire and you are coming up with a good infrastructure, congratulations to you Kenyans. African countries need to emulate how you have developed your city, from Zambia.

first of all,the city that you showed in the video is not Johannesburg but it's Sandton City and sandton alone can fit into Johannesburg maybe 8 times.try to compare Nairobi with Harare in Zimbabwe at least not joburg because Joburg is a world-class city that can be compared to New York city and London.the infrastructure of Joburg is nothing compare to Nairobi,gets your facts straight before uploading,clearly i can see that you have been to South Africa hence refering to Sandton city as Johannesburg.

That accent! I suspect she has not visited either. Joburg has ALWAYS been more developed but certainly less friendly and more crime. Nairobi is less expensive for both low and middle class life styles. Am a Kenyan in diaspora and have stayed in both cities and worked in Nairobi.

Interesting video. I hope it's not too late to comment. Am kenyan and love SA. Am learning how to count in zulu but oh boy it's had to pronounce 5 in zulu. Yes nairobi is developing fast but I think joburg is a bit more developed, esp. infrastructure wise. As for the content creator, it's a smart move to generate traffic through creating a controversial debate. On the other hand, believe it or not, government watch the social media and want thier city to lead. Hence such arguments can call for investment to enhance a city's image.

If you look at a place like Accra, you can record video day time, walk about at night at 2am and be safe without anyone problem. Good to hv these infrastructure, but they should make the cities safe to live.

Both cities are great. I have travelled to my places from Costa Rica, England, Dubai and many other places. comparisons are good but they do reflect individual bias. One thing about Nairobians is the fact that we don’t appreciate what we have and how the country is developing without minerals or oil. Kenya’s strength it’s it’s diversity in industry and it’s people.

As an african who likes travelling Nairobi feels safer for Africans, I do give respect joburg as a more developed city but Nairobi feels safer. Whilst xenophobia in South Africa is usually targeted at those Africans living there, it still feels not safe for those of us just visiting. I think those bent on xenophobia will not make a difference whether you're visiting or residing so you can still be a target and the price to pay can be high when it comes to it. I find kenyans more friendly compared to many other African countries in general not just to South Africans alone. It is important to note that OR thambo international Airport is more developed than Jomo Kenyatta international airport.

I cant denay journesburg is bit ahead of nairobi but those who have been to kenya the kind of infrastructures that are laid there will astonish you having the tallest building in Africa is undergoing best super highways rainways lines proper planing and improvement of the city like they are so many renovation of gardens and more in the next 5-7years by 2030 Nairobi will be far compared to journesburng though we are all brothers and sisters we share love all through 🇰🇪🇿🇦🏳
