I think the many available doubts are completely reasonable
ОтветитьDang. Is there a prosecution objection she WON’T sustain? 😮
ОтветитьIs the teeth/tongue smacking sound before speaking a Massachusetts thing, or a cop thing. It seems like every single witness so far is doing it. It is soooo frustrating to listen to.
ОтветитьIt’s amazing how forgetful all of these first responders are. “I don’t recall”…none of them remember anything!
ОтветитьI've never seen a courtroom set up so that the victims family is so close to the defendant.
ОтветитьIf she gets convicted based on this trial, someone must be paying someone.... There is no way she is guilty here, I don't think
ОтветитьProsecution screwed up opening the door on the 2002 events ... the defense is great but the police did such a bad job it makes it easy..i cant believe they took this to trial
ОтветитьJudge says get me the reports by tomorrow morning. Gets her the report by the night before. Then doesn’t bother to look or ask for them before court. Then says they can’t use them because she hasn’t seen them???? WOWOWOWOW
ОтветитьShe’s guilty…
ОтветитьWell questioning about the 2009 hit and run proves those guys don’t conspire now doesn’t it? did they leave and say we don’t know who did it or did they blame it on someone else??? NO…defense is making their own client look exactly what she is …guilty…this defense is crap…she should be ashamed running these innocent people into the mud..hope the jurors are not as bamboozled as a lot I see on here.
ОтветитьAnd we’ll crap defense he was trying to let those boys off…they screwed themselves…many police officers give people a break..nothing strange there..what gets me is this is a SMALL town..defense acts like this is Boston or LA…people know each other in small towns…the police may have a brotherhood but not when it comes to them committing crimes hence the investigation for the hit and run…this conspiracy, again, is a trickery tool…guilty people try conspiracy or cover up or shoddy police investigation…doesn’t change her guilt..last one to see him, first one to find him IN a snow bank, her broken glass in the snow, broken taillight and remember when snow melts things are easier to find, she made a crazy fool of herself showing up on McCabe front yard acting like a loon..she was acting that way because she knew what she did not because he was dead…she hasn’t fooled me nor has her badgering defense!

ОтветитьOMG defense AGAIN…my next door neighbor died and there were police cars and rescue/fire trucks out side in front of my house and my neighbor had to tell me..I heard nothing and I wasn’t asleep..if I’d been drinking and didn’t go to bed until 3-4 AM I’d sleep right thru all of that..their front yard is way bigger than mine…NO ONE came outside..that isn’t hard to believe, get over yourselves…
ОтветитьThis judge is horrible!!! SHE is the one wasting time with all her side “bahs”. She is micromanaging everything to an extent that it is very bias. She is so scared defense will show something she can’t walk back to protect her friends.
ОтветитьSo the judge is more worried about the time of the jurors that have this civil duty to complete than the life of someone hanging in the balance.
ОтветитьWouldn't the taillight pieces be on the road, where the accident allegedly happened and not 12ft away?
ОтветитьIf you blew away the snow, down to ground where John's body was found... WHY DIDN'T YOU FIND THE PLASTIC THEN?!?
BC IT WASN'T IN THE SNOW YET!!!
Regardless of the outcome this judge should be reprimanded . Her obvious bias is disgusting .
Ответитьthis is bigger than o.j.
ОтветитьSo a dead guy on my front lawn isn't probably cause for a search?
ОтветитьI like how the judge asks the prosecutor if he wants to object and then sustains it for him too. That’s truly a class act!
ОтветитьJudge is trying to do the prosecutions job for them asking if they have an objetion thats the prosecutors job to objet
ОтветитьJudge is as incompetent as the police
ОтветитьSo if an emergency first responder knows the person hurt or on a property they know then they shouldn't help them or it's biased?!?!? WTF world do we live in!?!?!? I don't believe thus is a cover up! The police know there would be a trial! Getting up there and trying to set her up and being found out would put them ALL I'm jail! There's no way they would all go through this and lie! One person would be afraid and speak up!
ОтветитьI would NOT disregard anything. This judge acts like she needs her hair pulled. She's happy to be miserable
ОтветитьAnyone ever watch The Departed? This reminds me of the corruption in that movie.
ОтветитьI have a different take on this so far. It’s hard to believe all of them are in on it.
However, if Karen didn’t hit him (which I could see an accidental hit happen and not know it if she was drunk- my mom hit a truck and never knew it. Kept backing into it bc she was drunk),I could see a fight/argument happening at a party of drunks, and O’Keefe either stumbled out and hit is head on something or other and knocked himself out in the cold.
(Coming from someone who grew up with angry drunks that this very thing could happen)… why we are no contact.
And shoddy police work results in no one knowing the truth of what happened.
The best part of this case is hearing the bailiff say, "Hear ye hear ye hear" at the beginning every time lol
ОтветитьShe told the defense not to much more in open court in front of the jury that sounds highly prejudicial to me
ОтветитьWhat kind of judge asks the prosecutor “is there an objection?” Yes your honor. Ok the objection is sustained. What a kangaroo court.
ОтветитьThis judge seems so irritated every time she is asked permission to approach, chill out.
Ответитьthe judge’s impatience with the defense - whether it be questioning a witness, making an argument, or locating documents - and her loud sighs are inappropriate. her favoritism towards the prosecution is evident, and her behavior is infringing on the defense and likely impacting the jury’s view of the defendant.
ОтветитьHis face says it all. It says “I did a really bad job of investigating.” Face of regret.
ОтветитьEven if she gets a guilty verdict she’ll win an appeal at this point. The judge is clearly trying to help prosecution and this is infuriating because either she did it and she’ll have grounds for an appeal with this sham of a trial and the family won’t get justice or she didn’t do it and nobody will investigate because they’re so ‘certain’ she did it. Another great example of our faulty justice system
ОтветитьI would love to know what the objections are from the prosecutions before the judge agrees. Wtf. I dont believe commonwealth law is different than other state laws so why is this proceeding different?
ОтветитьI loled when he said the crime scene tape wasn't doing its job cause SIR! Pot meet kettle.
ОтветитьSo many of y’all in the comment section know absolutely nothing about the law and it shows
ОтветитьCORRUPT JUDGE OBVIOUSLY
Ответитьcase OVER the taillight is broken at 8:23am KAREN READ KILLED JOK
ОтветитьIf he was holding that glass when he was allegedly hit, more than just the top of glass would have been broken, it would have been shattered, it would have never made it to where his body was found. Looks like the glass was planted next to his body.

ОтветитьWhy does she have so many side bars? It's ridiculous. Those cops are so i n c o m p e t e n t
ОтветитьThis courtroom is so jumbled. People crammed everywhere.
ОтветитьI hate the videos with the double screen that the defense keeps putting up. Very confusing.
ОтветитьUmmm is it lost on everyone that this cop was drinking and behind the whel of his car when this convo started about to leave the bar.....isn't that considered a DUI? I'm sure it would be if it were you or i....JS
Ответить👩💼”ok you are all set “. 🙄
