Anyone cutting, grinding, sanding or otherwise shaping drywall (gypsum), tile (of any kind), natural stone (marble, granite, etc.) or working with plaster of any kind needs to wear a respirator. The lung disease you get from not wearing a respirator will cause restrictive lung disease. Suffice it to say you’ll end up on a lung transplant list. Unless you are in China, you won’t get a lung transplant.
Oh yea, you won’t know you have this disease until it is terminal. Good luck.

WoW, beautiful work, my Dad had a Semi Custom to Custom Home Home Builders business from the 60's to 70's or early 80's. And not one profession in this craft did Anything on this level. Fantastic job to the guys doing Custom Work on another level!!
