The idea is, to make it through the 30 days:
■ Don't aim to go as fast as her, the aim is to focus on doing the movement and the breathing right
■ If you struggle, walk, but don't stop until the end.

ОтветитьMy first time doing these exercises, and I love them! Only one suggestion, maybe a reminder while we are doing the exercises to breathe. Sometimes we have a tendency to not breathe or breathe correctly while doing cardio. Keep up the good work.
