These videos are so helpful :) Reviewing this one for my upcoming ATI nutrition test! One thing to be aware of is for some reason ATI has 71 grams of protein/day in pregnancy listed as their DRI.

These videos are amazing but compared to Cathy's videos that mention the flashcards once in the intro and really highlight important terms or things to note seamlessly...I feel like your videos mention the cards over and over again ...so it's an interruption
