Our $5,000 Winner - She Loves to Move Call for Choreography

The DA:NCE Awareness $5,000 Call for Choreography Challenge invited anyone - from professional choreographers and dancers, to organizations, families, individuals and groups of all sizes - to celebrate healthy, age-appropriate children’s dance by choreographing a dance to our song, ‘She Loves to Move’ written and produced by Steve Siler.

Thousands of hearts and minds were reached with the message of healthy, not harmful, children's dance during this project. From all of the submissions we received, our judges narrowed the group down to six finalists and from there, we are so excited to announce our winner.

Congratulations to Glorify Dance Theatre in West Chester, PA, USA on winning the 2023 She Loves to Move Call for Choreography!

We also want to thank each and every individual who participated in this call for choreography in any form. From the beautiful dancers to the inspiring choreographers behind the submissions to the parents and supporters who pushed each other during this project, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We have a lot to celebrate but also a lot of work left to do. Healthy, age-appropriate dance is something we believe every child has the right to experience. We invite you to join us as we work to continue to reach the hearts and minds of our culture to ensure all children are protected from hypersexualized choreography, costumes and music.
