ОтветитьWhy has mouth breather become an insult online 😒 so red are mouth breathers and blue breath through the nose 😳 Gotcha.
ОтветитьThe guest may need to see data to know if breathe-rite strips help but I sure don't. They absolutely help me and make a world of difference in my ability to get deep sleep. When I see them on sale at Costco I buy a year's supply because I use them every night.
ОтветитьAbsolutely fantastic interview.
ОтветитьSleep apnea can affect skinny or overweight people, even children. 💤
Ответитьyou are pathetic when you beg for us to subscribe
ОтветитьI'm almost 71. 2.5 yrs ago, I took up running. Today I can do a 5K in under 28 mins. My resting HR is sub-50 bpm. My VO2 max is 40. Sorry, this so called Harvard "evolutionary" professor touted as No 1 exerciser doesn't know anything about nasal breathing. 😂
Ответитьwell well well, another evolution guy, why haven't we revolver further ?
ОтветитьSince ever life had been the only cause of death.
ОтветитьThese evolutionary scientist talk about million of years ago like they really now what they are talking about , so arrogant, and ignorant at the same time , if anything evidence points to intelligent design.
ОтветитьWe’re not designed but evolved…that’s where he lost me. God made man, not some random 💥
ОтветитьAbsolute knowledgeable professor. There are so many so called experts out there that exaggerate beyond belief and you can't trust a hardly anything they come with with regards to health, a genuinely he knows what he is talking about, I'm not interest me. ✅
ОтветитьHe talked about the function of the inner nose which is identical in a dog, horse, monkeys, it’s a heat sink, to explain our outer nose? And plenty high performance runners have improved their results from learning to breathe through their nose, while running. Mouth breathing will get you a lot of volume but NO conditioning of the air while nose breathing, improves the absorption of oxygen in the tissues of the body.
ОтветитьWhat a great, visual way of explaining how our body works . Thanks.
ОтветитьIdea for a new studio set, which doesn't require sitting. Just put 2 treadmills next to each other, and talk like 2 people on a walk. This advice was free of charge. You're welcome :)
ОтветитьAsk Oppenheimer if his ideas were worth millions dieing for?
ОтветитьLove his simple thinking about eating and breathing. People make a business of obsessing over individual elements of the human body, nose breath, zone 2, specific diet, whatever it is.
ОтветитьThis is hands down one of the best podcast episodes of any podcast series I’ve ever listened to. Daniel Lieberman’s erudition is a wonder and a joy.
ОтветитьRe. Huel, I get that Steve has to make money but why are we spending money on expensive greens powders when vegetables are so fricken cheap!?
Ответитьthis podcast is amazing, it has become the number one friend for my morning walks, you get so many information and in such a easy way, both entertaing and educational. Everyone who does not hit that suscribe button - you are missing so much. I am so happy that i discovered it
ОтветитьEnglish isn’t my natuve language. Wth is a huntergator?
ОтветитьLove this episode! I just WISH we could refer to Type 2 diabetes when thats what we mean, they're completely different illnesses, type 2 is preventable most of the time and type 1 isn't.
ОтветитьBreathing through your mouth while running is much more convenient and pleasant, especially when you have a narrow nose. But you can suffocate if you breathe in a tiny fly. That's why I try to breathe through my nose. Not to mention running in winter in Russia.
Ответитьcan u interview danny roddy , or someone from ray piet diet , it would be intresting to get new pespective
ОтветитьI would love to see some of the professionals that came here in a debate together as they complement each other in many cases, that would be amazing!
ОтветитьRich counters with comfortable life have more cancer patients. But the cause is not the comfortable life. Often rich countries have poor fertility rate. Wherever the fertility rate is below world average the cancer rate is above world average! I consider cancer a genetically unstable growth evolved while attempting asexual reproduction by mutations, promoted by the gametogenic genes and is seen often when sexual reproduction is stopped as in old age. Prof. Lloyd J old described cancer a 'somatic cell pregnancy' because of several similarities between cancer and pregnancy!
ОтветитьToo many embedded commercials and pleas for likes
ОтветитьI don’t totally agree with this and know the most active and healthy people who have had forms of cancer (collating cancer into one bracket is over simplistic anyway) and then I have known people who are sedentary and/or heavy drinkers and/or smokers who have lived into their 90s…
ОтветитьThank you for trying to teach us the big picture. The principles are the same. Even if we choose to believe intelligent design not evolution. The last 200 years have let us get too comfortable for our society's good
ОтветитьLooked at my phone to see the time the other night and it was just after 4am and the title “looking at your phone screen at 4 causes cancer” from your recent podcast popped into my head. I can’t watch anymore, it’s probably my issue but every headline just feels like more and more and more anxiety stuck in my head and it’s too much! Which is a shame because the interviews are amazing,
ОтветитьThis reminds me of crazy people who buy massage chairs😂
ОтветитьLiving is going to kill you.😅
ОтветитьYou should bring on Dr. Ken Berry or Dr. Anthony Chaffee to the show!
ОтветитьPlease have RFK Jr on your podcast Steven. We need genuine leadership on government and your influence can help the country.
ОтветитьAs someone that is dealing with a family that’s absolutely devastated by my mother in law being diagnosed with not only breast cancer but another rare cancer I’m finally sick of this podcast. Stop spreading false information as easy as the advertising and get some decent guests on. This is turning into a Joe Rogan podcast.
ОтветитьHe was very dismissive when Steven commented that he lost a lot of weight, 'it's all water', which from Stevens previous comments about that weight loss was not the case.
He also seems to not speak at all about how we evolved to fast.
Whats with only jews guests?🤔
ОтветитьYour content is amazing.... Keep up the good work. God bless you.
ОтветитьThanks Ivor for your insight
ОтветитьIf we subscribe and hit 100% can we get Laura Woods on?
Ответить@TheDiaryOfACEO - Please interview Tom, the founder of Breaking the Chains! It would be an amazing interview of someone who has saved many lives!
ОтветитьCould you interview Brian Molko please ?
ОтветитьCan you please invite Dr Joe Dispenza on your show? I WOULD LOVE to see that and hear his valuable teachings ❤ thank you for everything you do 😊
ОтветитьWhy are they rising in Africa?
ОтветитьBring Jurgen Klopp to the show
ОтветитьI wish I could share this with my love ones, we need them translated to SPANISH please! 🙏🏽
ОтветитьThanks!
Ответить❤STEVEN❤
ОтветитьOh god, you have officially become the most annoying person in TikTok, that video about how bad Huel is.
It is there other video
