Ответитьdid you boil them with baking soda in the water? i am on keto low carbohydrate. could you make these with a low carbohydrate flour? maybe lupin flour or seeds flour or low carbohydrate wheat flour like carbalose. can you make using vital wheat gluten flour and oat fibre flour?
ОтветитьI make home made noodles like this often but the addition of baking soda is new to me. For every egg the recipe calls for, I add a teaspoon of cooking oil to the dough. The dough doesn't dry out so quickly 😊
