John Moschitta Jr. voices Blurr in Transformers the Movie, G1 and Transformers Animated. P.S. Fastest talking man in the world!
ОтветитьA lot of these carried over into the 1990s.
ОтветитьOMG! I remember my Glo Worm!
ОтветитьOh man I had those TMNT sheets as a kid
ОтветитьI wasn’t even born yet but I had a power wheels hummer when I was six
ОтветитьThe whole cabbage patch thing originated as media hype. Just like the Beatles, and Tickle me Elmo. It worked. Humans are so gullible, and quite the followers as we just witnessed as they masked up in 2020, and worse with what followed. It's a mad world.
ОтветитьBetween my brother and I, we had everything on this list except for Power Wheels and Teddy Ruxpin. I'm assuming the last two we didn't due to the cost. I can still remember sleeping with Glo Worm as a little kid. I also remember he had some friends. We had several of them. They were plastic and glowed in the dark. I also collected the crap out of Koosh. I had so many of them.
ОтветитьI didn't realize just how blessed I was as a kid until I watch this! I had just about every toy & electronic shown, especially for girls & unisex! I was born in 1980 and so glad I was! Best Toy Years Ever!!
ОтветитьSOMEONE Please make their Tesla look like powerwheels!!!!
Ответитьhow about crash ups?
Ответитьomg, i 4got about Stompers!😲
ОтветитьCastle GreySKULL . I HAVE THE POWWERRRRRRR!!!!!!🤣
ОтветитьG.I. Joe.
ОтветитьI totally forgot about Stompers!! Wow. Love videos like this.
ОтветитьI had almost all the He-man toys except for castle grey skull, most of the transformers to. The real collector items are the transformers that were die caste metal. Most of the toys you presented i remember well. I wanted a teddy ruxpin but my folks thought it was too expensive at the time. Some toys your video didn't present I vividly recall were rock lords that were rocks that could transform into humanoids. Z-bots, which were like transformers, visionaries who were like sorcerers that had staffs with holograms on them if I remember right. And the Knight Rider Kitt car that when you pressed the license plate on the back it would talk in kitts voice with like 5 or 6 phrases. Thanks for posting this.
ОтветитьHe forgot about GI Joe: A Real American Hero.
ОтветитьI remember saving for sooooo long ans doing sooooo many extra chores to buy a Gameboy. Oh my
ОтветитьApollo
ОтветитьI wanted the She-Ra castle so bad when I was younger 😂
ОтветитьI've still got my Teddy Ruxpin, The Get Along Gang, Wuzzels and Gummi Bears toys, nothing can ever be better then the 80's
ОтветитьOh so this is just a commercial, no hate
ОтветитьI have the first toy n my room right now 😂😂😂
ОтветитьWhy don't you take a little pause inbetween articles?
ОтветитьI have only five letters for all of it.. T R A S H
ОтветитьWe called my brother popple head lol
I had all the Care Bears and the care bear cousins
My brothers had the skeletor castle and me and my sister took it over with she-ra and Gem .
Weird. Second video I have watched today that called the Japanese Nintendo analog, the "Famicon".
It was the FamiCom. For "Family Computer".
What happened to STRAWBERRY SHORT CAKE?????
ОтветитьProof that the 80's had the best toys for me is that my two young boys like most of the same stuff i played with as a kid in the 80's. They love hot wheels, legos, tinker toys, snd old video games.
ОтветитьMy Mom crocheted my brother and I pound puppies. They were awesome!
ОтветитьGI Joe and Thundercats not mentioned?? Add Popples to the list...
ОтветитьTha 80's were awesome for a lot of things! Toys were just one thing!
ОтветитьWas born in 87. Games from 80s and 90s where the best.
ОтветитьStompers were the best toy ever.
ОтветитьMy first toy (at least that I remember and that I wanted myself). He-man. I cried for weeks before one day after my dad came home from work with a He-man figure! Those were the days! I remember they were expensive, in opposition to the toy line that came after the movie, when I suddenly could afford almost every figure.
Another memory: The last toy I played with was a turtles figure.
Memeory three: (Guile pleasure). I secretly dinged the Care Bears (Im a boy). A friend and I rented a care bear movie. On the way home we met some older kids. They wanted to see what movie we rented. We tried to hide it, afraid of getting beat up, only to hear one of the older boys say "Oh, Care Bears ... It's actually a quite cool series". LOL
I was a kid throughout all the 80's from 1980 to 1989. The 80s was the last era of great toys. And maybe part of the early 90's there was good toys, but after that never was the same again.
I remember the last generation of heavy tonkas that were made of real metal chassis, your mom or grandmas didn't want them much around as sometimes we'd smash them on their ankles. lol.
Yea, not to mention the infinite action figurines "Gi Joe, He-Man, star wars "And many others.
Hotwheels, and matchbox cars. Man, those were real toys.
For you younger ones, Kenner was a toy making company like Metal and Hasbro
ОтветитьThe little pony reminded me of "Because tonight will be the night that I will fall for you" tiktok😂
ОтветитьI Love😄😘
ОтветитьI remember these toys! ❤ HE-MAN, Transformers lool GEN X
ОтветитьAwwwwwww ❤the 80’s I remember these toys again 80’s were the best ❤😂
ОтветитьI loved the original my little pony....not sure abt the newer ones.
I miss my cabbage patch babies 😢 they had demples
The Care Bears had a movie or TV episode in which they introduced the "Care Bear stare" and as kids we thought it was hilarious! It was like no intelligence had to be needed to come up with that dumb suggestion OR no one was smart enough to challenge it. The people behind the Care Bears were like, "That's freaking brilliant!" SMH 🙄
ОтветитьLol... I'm sure Rainbrow Brite will do just fine these days...😅
ОтветитьEveryone here remember when Kevin dumped all the micro machines on the floor so the burglars would slip and fall over them!! 😂Home Alone
ОтветитьI had almost all of those! I wish I was able to keep them. My Parents gave a lot of those away to younger kids as I got older. 😢
ОтветитьI was a kid in the 80s.. I’m 52 now.. Still don’t know where time went. Thank you for this. Took me back 😊
ОтветитьOMG! Toys are extinct 😢
