So excited to work with ya!
ОтветитьDid you join a team right away ? Like how did you get so many leads to close 17 deals in your first year ?
ОтветитьThanks for the helpful videos ! I’m planning on getting my license in CA and I was wondering how you went about getting your first listings, ie was it through an agency or your own advertising? Thanks again !
ОтветитьI design real estate websites 🙌🏻
ОтветитьLove this! I resonate so much with your journey. It’s inspiring and I can’t wait to learn more and implement your techniques ☺️
ОтветитьIf I had a dollar for every time you said door. Thanks for the video!
ОтветитьLove this! Currently getting my courses done in Washington. So helpful, thank you so much. 🙏🏼
ОтветитьI love your video it's so helpful however, I want to know how long it takes to get your license? also what was the name of the school you attended for real Esate
ОтветитьThey should call it the Gramma
Ответить😍
ОтветитьIve been putting off my course for so long. It’s such a pain in the ass and I’ve heard people say that the test is super hard? So I’ve been putting so much effort into understanding every concept. Is it actually pretty easy? Also whats the one portion of the course you’d actually pay close attention to?
ОтветитьCould someone lose their earnest deposit money because of an agent’s mistake?? 😮
ОтветитьGreat video!!
ОтветитьThank you for the insight! It's great to hear other people's experiences in the industry!
ОтветитьWhat did you do do to get 17 deals within your first year?
ОтветитьChoosing the right industry to invest is very critical, Most times, it amazes me greatly how I moved from an average lifestyle to earning over $83k per month. Utter shock is the word. I have understood a lot in the past few years to doubt that opportunities are bound in the financial markets. The only thing is to know where to focus.
ОтветитьYou may want to dress professionally
Ответитьim sorry but windows 11 sucks
ОтветитьWhat a difference an interest rate hike makes. The market is DEAD now.
ОтветитьIn my first week and loving these videos!
ОтветитьI’m currently studying for my license in TX, and binging all your videos. But my situation is a bit different because I’m a stay at home mom of a 1 year old right now and I’m nervous that I won’t be able to manage my time the best way possible :(
ОтветитьYou have nice teeth.
Ответитьit’s been a year 🥳
ОтветитьThis question might not relate to this video but what are the common questions that buyers usually ask their realtors when they want to down an offer?
ОтветитьThis was super helpful. I was dragging my feet taking online courses and scheduling my test. No more procrastination!
Ответить...would never use anyone this young and inexperienced.
ОтветитьI absolutely appreciate your honesty! You're gonna be a great mentor! You're such a hard working agent.
ОтветитьSo curious as to how you got those initial leads! I find it the hardest to get the ball rolling.
ОтветитьI love this video. I'm a new agent and definitely needed to hear some of these things. do you have any tips on how to get a first lead?
ОтветитьI agree with everything you said! Besides one thing I had a real estate agent that I fired over the fact that he didn’t like that my contractor was coming with me to look at my investment properties.
ОтветитьAgain, my daughter's account. I am a RE agent in Vancouver. Things I have learned (I've been licensed for 4 years).
1. I never open and close pocket doors all the way. Once, in an open house for a townhouse a buyer went into the kitchen, then asked me if there was a door. I said yes! Pocket door! Pulled out the pocket door all the way and it jammed on the track. For 15 minutes I was trying to get this buyer out of the kitchen!
2. Although realtors may need to use the restroom during an open house, I avoid at ALL COSTS. You do not know the condition of toilet in an open house. This may be TMI, but once I had to use the bathroom (SO NOT CLOGWORTHY), flushed once, and the toilet OVERFLOWED onto the newly renovated marble bathroom. You think as a realtor this will never happen to you, but it can! THE WORST EVER! The toilet was likely not working properly to begin with. But never again will I take a pee while hosting an open house because of that! YIKES!
My advice for agents working in a major city such as Boston where I am is to take advantage of public transit. Driving in most major cities is such an aggravation. In addition to that, I don't trust other drivers especially in Boston.
Ответитьis your sister shelby ?
ОтветитьOkay, I thought I was crazy for giving myself 20-25 mints lol I like to be there before and look around the area
ОтветитьWe all do mistakes but, it means we're moving forward and learning. You did a great job!
ОтветитьHi Monica! Long-time fan of your channel but I don't think I've commented before. In part thanks to your journey I've been inspired to consider a career change to real estate. One of the things that is the most intimidating to me though is prospecting. I'm curious how you approach it? Thanks!
ОтветитьHi what laptop is good for realtor use?
ОтветитьI want to hear what you think about being a buyers agent and the conflict of interest there. It seems like whether you are the sellers agent or the buyers agent you are not incentivized to help the buyer get a good price or wait for a better house.
Do you have any thoughts on this?
Do you have a real estate course that you recommend or book to prepare for license exam?
Ответитьthanks for sharing.
ОтветитьWHAT THE FUCK WHY WOULD YOU BE HANGING OUT WITH PEOPLE YOU SHOW HOMES WITH THATS NOT RIGHT
ОтветитьBECAUSE THEY KNOW THERE FRIENDS THEY KNOW WHAT THEY LIKE. YOUR REALLY BAD AT THE MONICA YOU TELL SHELBY ALL THE TIME TO BUY A PLACE IN SETTLE OR A CONDO BUT REALLY SHE DOESNT LIKE YOUR STYLE OR WHAT YOUR TRYING TO DO LIKE BUT YOU STILL TRY TO CONVINCE HER TO MOVE AND SHE DOESNT LIKE THE RAIN CITY
ОтветитьLol. Ive been working at my course since November. It's March. 😬
