I’m having a break down today guys… I feel like no one cares either. Pray 🙏 for me because I’m having a bit of an episode and haven’t sleep in days and am becoming increasingly irrational. I lost my Girl about two and a half years ago I’m in a very dark place right now. I want to Go home. I’m sick of this Evil World 🌎. I feel sick writing this as I’m embarrassed about where I am now. I HATE being weak. So if you pray 🙏 please do for me? Thanks, I love you all and good night for now. I’ll do my best to stay around for another day. Although, I know if I decide to leave I’m going to Heaven this time.

I forgot to mention this to you but your story has reflected my past, I had an extremely difficult childhood, I've been diagnosed with a very severe form of autism at 18 months, My father was physically abusive, he would grab my head and slam it on the ground really hard and I often got really bad bruises on my forehead, bullying was a big part of my school life and when I was 13 I decided you know what fuck it, I'm done with this life and as a result of my actions I was hospitalized for a week in a half and after that I was placed in a mental hospital and I stayed there until I turned 18. I am now 32 years old, I'm now married and I'm expecting a baby daughter on June. So far life has been very good to me. Have a good rest of your day. Edit: Our daughter was born yesterday, her name is Anastasia (I named her after my mom) And she is so beautiful, I honestly never thought that I would live to see this day where I would have a child of my own to take care of and finally the day has come. I am so happy I can't even believe it. I am no longer suicidal and now I enjoy life. I can't wait to see the years to come.

Hey Kevin, it's Luke from your speech at Bryn Athyn. I just wanted to say thanks for sharing your story and advice. Talking with friends afterwards helped all of us to realize that we as individuals aren't the only ones to share the experience of losing loved ones to suicide and that it is an experience that we can all share the burden of.
